Disaster Recovery Testing - Colleague and Self-Service will be unavailable

Beginning on Sunday, January 5th, 2025, San Juan College will be performing a test of our Disaster Recovery system by moving Self-Service and Colleague from on-site to the Cloud. This test will be from Sunday, January 5th, at 8:00 a.m. to Monday, January 6th at 11:59 p.m. MT. Self-Service and Colleague will be unavailable through MySJC for the duration of this test. Please do not bypass MySJC access as any information entered will NOT be saved during testing. Examples of affected services include: Registration, mid-term grade entry, time entry, student payments, and employee pay advice. Once testing is complete, and the production system is restored, an alert update will be sent.

Winter Break Closure

The San Juan College campus will be closed from Saturday, December 21, through Sunday, January 5, for the winter break. No classes will be held at the Farmington, Aztec, or Kirtland campuses, and all offices will be closed.
